On-site car wash and detailing services:  InterPark provides on-site car wash and detailing services at many of our locations.  Where car wash facilities are not available, arrangements can be made with a local car detailing provider for pick-up and drop-off service or with a mobile car wash service which comes on-site and washes vehicles as they are parked in their stall.

Free tire inflating and tire changing service:   For customers who need assistance with either inflating a low tire or changing a flat tire, InterPark provides both the equipment and manpower.

Assistance in locating lost vehicles:  InterPark personnel are trained in assisting customers to locate their vehicles if they have forgotten where they parked.

Customer surveys/comment cards:  In order to know that InterPark is offering the highest quality of customer service, we seek input from our customers.  This may be in the form of surveys that give our marketing effort and amenity programs some feedback, or even simple comment cards that can be easily completed by the customer.

Escort service:  For those customers requesting to be escorted to their vehicles, either security personnel or garage personnel are deployed to accompany customers to their vehicles.

The Boston Harbor Garage accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, and American Express.
