•Free battery starting service: Each InterPark location is equipped with a portable battery jumping unit to assist customers who are unable to start their vehicles.
•Free tire inflating and tire changing service: For customers who need assistance with either inflating a low tire or changing a flat tire, InterPark provides both the equipment and manpower.
•Lock-out assistance: For those
customers who have mistakenly locked their keys in their vehicles,
InterPark provides a list of qualified area locksmiths that can be
called to the site.
•Assistance in locating lost vehicles: InterPark personnel are trained in assisting customers to locate their vehicles if they have forgotten where they parked.
•Customer surveys/comment cards: In order to know that InterPark is offering the highest quality of customer service, we seek input from our customers. This may be in the form of surveys that give our marketing effort and amenities programs some feedback, or even simple comment cards that can be easily completed by the customer.
•Escort service: For those customers requesting to be escorted to their vehicles, either security personnel or garage personnel are deployed to accompany customers to their vehicles.
•Acceptance of all major credit cards: The credit cards include Visa; Master Card; Diners Club; and American Express.
•Acceptance of ATM Cards: Customers can now utilize their Cash Station cards as a convenient payment method at InterPark locations.
